An Experiment in Monastic Living

St. AnselmAn inspiring 3-minute video was released today in England, about The Community of St. Anselm at Lambeth Palace where young people from around the world are spending a year living in God’s rhythm — not unlike the Companions on the Way program that we Sisters of St. John the Divine envision to begin September 2016.

Watch the video, and if you would like to know more about the Companions on the Way in Toronto, contact the Companions Coordinator, Sister Connie, at cj@ssjd.ca SSJD

The program in Toronto is FREE thanks to generous donors, including a large grant from the Anglican Diocese of Toronto. Young women between the ages of 22 and 40 are invited to consider taking a year out to grow in their Christian life and develop leadership skills that will be useful on whatever path their future life takes them.
